ALWAYS READ. Please make sure to read all the information before filling out the forms to avoid misunderstandings.

COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DETAILS. Please make sure to input your details completely and accurately to avoid delayed shipment.

ORDER CONFIRMATION. An order confirmation email will be sent at least a day after you submit the form. If you didn't receive one after a day, please DM me.

PAYMENT. Due date of payment is 3 days after AFTER the order confirmation was sent. But if you ordered on the last day of DOO, you need to send the payment within the day.

Payment should be made on or before the deadline and should be strictly pay on our available mode of payments.

The buyer should check and send the exact and right amount. After paying, do not forget to fill out the PAYMENT FORM. NO PAYMENT FORM means NO PAYMENT!

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. You will receive a payment confirmation email after you submit your payment form.

DEADLINE OF ORDER/S. You should submit your order form at least 2 weeks before your Target Date.

PRODUCTION TIME. Minimum of 1 week after the payment. Can be earlier or longer depends on the quantity.

Summer Prints will not be held liable to any loss, damage mishandling or conflicts once we already shipped the items. Rest assured that we will pack your orders carefully.

Shipping Fee will be collected once your orders are ready to ship. An email will be sent. Fill out the “Shipping Payment Form” after paying. NO FORM means NO PAYMENT.

Please take note that Local Shipping Fee is subject to changes without prior notice depending on the actual weight and size of the items. With this, we are allowed to collect additional fees just in case the shipping fee collected is not enough. On the other hand, if there is any excess, we will surely refund it.

We'll send a photo first before shipping your order/s.

If you have received a wrong and incomplete item, kindly inform us within 24 hours upon receiving the parcel/ items.

Note: Scratches, small dots, small dents, and marks are not considered as defective. As such, it’s not reasonable to ask for a return/ exchange/ refund.

CLEAR AND UNEDITED UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST. No unboxing proof, no replacement nor refund if you got wrong orders or not good.
